INFINITY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP is not a bank. We do not hold ourselves out as a bank, we do not accept deposits, and we do not provide regulated banking services. Any issuance of banking instruments is carried out by regulated banks or authorized institutions.
INFINITY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP does not issue or emit SBLCs, LCs, or Bank Guarantees directly. Our role is limited to coordination, documentation support, and assisting clients in aligning their requests with standard bank-facing requirements.
INFINITY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP cooperates with leading international banks, including Commonwealth Bank of Australia, within the framework of trade finance and banking instruments.
INFINITY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT CORP acts as an official representative of Commonwealth Bank of Australia for defined corporate engagement and liaison activities related to trade finance and banking instruments. This is based on executed documentation and is subject to applicable laws, compliance requirements, and the bank’s internal approvals.
All transactions, instruments, and onboarding processes are subject to the relevant bank’s internal compliance checks, including AML/KYC procedures. We do not provide services intended to bypass compliance checks, and we do not participate in any activity that could be construed as evasion or misrepresentation.
